Saga - Property
Saga - Property is a custom made real-estate management system made by Softverk. The Software is developed in co-operation with real-estate agents to make sure all requirements are met.
SAGA Property Suite
(SaS) for the Real Estate Agent to keep track of and manage clients and property for sale. We developed SAGA Web Map portal for both public and private use (of properties to rent and sale). Other applications in the suite are (SAGA Dark Pool matchmaking, SAGA ADmaker and SAGA Document Center) that improve Agent productivity.
We add value to SAGA by providing FoneStar Telephone system integrated with SAGA (optional).
SAGA Property
SAGA Property (run as “Software as Service”) for the Real Estate Agent and Agency to keep track of and manage clients and property for sale. Strengths of the system are Work flow (entry of customer, property, tracking activities, document management and for the manager overview of activities), also posting Properties for rent and sale on private and public websites and posting on Facebook. SAGA/p is able to connect to external services, websites, etc. to retrieve relevant information or documents.
SAGA Property Enterprise
This is our SAGA suite version developed for owners/managers of group of Real Estate Agency’s, allowing them to manage in one system group of Agency’s.
SAGA Website Map Private portal
SAGA/private is a Private portal to publish Property for sale/rent; we have implemented Google Maps, Facebook link and other features.
SAGA Website Map Public portal
SAGA/public is a Public version of our portal, allowing us to post properties from multiple Agencies.
SAGA Darkpool
SAGA/d is our property search and matchmaking center.
This is run as a separate service to our customers.
SAGA AdMaker
SAGA/ad is a service to our customer to generate flyers for print, email and web publishing. This includes posting the flyers.
SAGA Document Center
SAGA/dc is a service to our customer to share/store documents and request external documents from service companies.
FS/pbx is an integrated pbx (Elastix or other) with our FoneStar Suite of telephony products.
We provide a Unified Messaging suite with Computer Integrated Telephony and CRM system integration.
