Softverk has acquired the Real-Estate Agency Software business of Homo Habilis.

Homo Habilis have for the last 15 years been the market leaders with their software “Husid”,  their Property web portal www.habil.is and Database over Real-Estate transactions.

With this acquisition Softverk becomes the market leader with 70% market share in number of Real-Estate Agencies using our Software in the Icelandic market.

Softverk is now operating the website www.habil.is and provides service to customers of SAGA-Eign/SAGA-Property as well as Husid and other Software developed by Homo Habilis.

It is interesting to note that new Software, SAGA Property is being successfully introduced to the Icelandic Market during the banking crises of 2008-2010.
