With FoneStar you can get rid of the desk phone. FoneStar enables the user to make calls, answer calls, forward calls and control all operations of the phone directly from the computer desktop. FoneStar works with the IP phone system and you can choose whether the call goes directly to your cell phone, desk phone or your computer.

You can use wired or wireless headphones when using FoneStar and that way you do not need the regular handset. You can also use your mobile phone to communicate through the softphone.

FoneStar is also practical for traveling employees as they can place and receive calls on their computer as if they were at their own desk. Phone calls are free within the system and benefit from domestic rates, whether at home or abroad.

FS/cm is Call Manager/Personal Switchboard for IP-PBX, FS/cm controls (as a slave) any line/phone connected to a PBX with all the functions of FS. FS/server supports larger group of FS Call Manager users (offloads queries to the PBX). FS/server manages integration between, AD and company directory, provides some of the management functions to the PBX, and provides monitoring of PBX functions and security profile.
